Congratulations to Bruce Hamaker, PhD who has been selected as the 2024 Harris Award recipient. Dr. Hamaker is a Distinguished Professor of Food Science and Director of the Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research at Purdue University. Dr. Hamaker traveled to campus for a public lecture and to receive his award on Wednesday, March 26th.
