Welcome to the

Dairy Foods Division
The Dairy Technology Division of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) was organized in 1983 and has since become one of the largest divisions within IFT with more than 1000 members. Its scope encompasses all areas of dairy foods chemistry, bacteriology, nutrition, processing, and related areas.
