The basic purpose of the position is to play a key role in developing a quality monitoring system and maintaining a quality of existing food products being used by the Restaurant Division. This position will develop and maintain Supplier Specifications to ensure quality products are being received. This person will assess, via plant audits and/or third party audits, a supplier's ability to provide us with the quality products specified and assist in developing and introducing new products and new suppliers for the existing products used by Restaurant Operations.
