Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts for poster presentation should include the following 1) title of the presentation; 2) authors and affiliation, with the presenting author marked with*; 3) contact information of the presenting author including e-mail address and phone number; 4) text of the abstract clearly stated the justification/objective of the study, approaches, results and significance of the work.

Abstracts are limited to 2700 characters. The deadline for abstract submission is February 10, 2009.

The abstracts will be reviewed by representatives from the organization committee. The main factors considered for acceptance include the quality of the research, the importance and/or significance of the work to the conference, the content of the abstract, and the adherence to the submission criteria. A decision e-mail will be sent to the presenting author by Feb 15, 2009.
