Annual reports

• URS- Due early February contains calendar year accomplishments.  We use this in lieu of annual reports.  You should bookmark this and add items throughout the year to avoid last minute guessing.  Don't worry about remembering your password, it can be sent to you.
• CRIS- Due early January required by USDA / Hatch.  This 3200 word summary takes less time to complete than most people spend avoiding it.  The hardest part is figuring out the acronyms and the password.  Synonyms:  CRIS report = Hatch report = AD421 = CSREES OHO reports.  Password is teal. Suggest you have a recent abstract and list of publications open on your desktop, so you can just cut and paste them into the form.
• SRE - Due early February  The statement of responsibilities and expectations is a college requirement of all faculty members.  You can put this under "self-specified" in the URS report.  However, many prefer not to put SRE text on the web as it seems too global.  You can use the attached format that will improve with use.
• OHR Self Evaluation Form is used primarily by staff.
