Dr. Ken Lee, Professor
and Director, Ohio State Food
Innovation Center |
| Ken Lee is the
director
of a major
food
innovation center at the nation's largest land grant university.
This program specializes in innovative ways to improve
the human condition by way of food. It was awarded $3.75M in January
2010 in a
major competition, and Ohio Governor Strickland named Ohio State a
center of
excellence for food and agriculture in May 2010. Ken is a collaborator on a Targeted
Investment in Excellence in Public Health
Preparedness, that raises the stature of Ohio State. |

Dr. Lee
was a member of the faculty of the University of
Wisconsin Food Science Department for ten years from 1980 to 90. His Ph.D. degree is
from The University of Massachusetts at
Amherst. His B.S. degree was earned at Rutgers
University, Cook College, Food Science Department.
